Title Assign vs. Curation

The WSDLC collections have two features that allow schools support reading and classroom work; Title Assign and Curated Lists.

Title Assign is an excellent way to work with students individually, as it allows you to assign titles for up to 180 days to specific students. The titles appear in a student’s Sora account when logged in. For step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature, please see this link.   * Please note this feature can only be used with Advantage-owned titles. Consortium-owned titles are not eligible.

Curating Collections through Sora allows a member to create collections of titles that can viewed by everyone in the WSDLC and/or if your school or district has an Advantage collection, curated lists can be created for just your students. For instructions on how to curate collections for your students, please see this link.  *Both Consortium-owned and Advantage-owned titles can be used.
