The WSDLC Collection Has Reached 2,000,000 Checkouts!
Last week the WSDLC saw its TWO-MILLIONTH checkout since the collection began in 2018! Hats off to everyone for reaching this amazing milestone!

The Annual SLATE Conference is Next Week (December 6th-8th)
The School Leaders Advancing Technology in Education (SLATE) Conference will be held at Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells from December 6th-8th. The SLATE Conference boasts over 100 sessions on technology in education meant for a wide variety of educational leaders including Teachers, Principals, Associate Principals, District Administrators, Library Media Specialists, IT Coordinators, Directors of Curriculum and Instruction, and others. While you’re at SLATE, please swing by the WSDLC booth (#703) on December 7th, where Project Manager Sara Gold will be available to chat with you about the shared collection and answer any questions you may have.

Flipped Classrooms: Advantage Accounts & Marketplace is Ending; Curation Begins Wednesday!
November has been Advantage Accounts & Marketplace month for the WSDLC’s Flipped Classroom training series. This flipped classroom introduces the Advantage program, and shows users how they can use Marketplace to make the most of their Advantage accounts. Check it out soon if you haven’t already!
Coming up on Wednesday we begin December’s Flipped Classroom: Curation! Training materials this month will walk you through what Curation is, and how you can create and post your very own curated collections to support your students’ needs and interests!
During Flipped Classroom months, materials on various topics are available for members to review, and OverDrive staff is ready to schedule one-on-one 20-minute sessions to answer your questions.
