Obtaining Usage Stats for Your Schools
We’ve had several questions about how to run usage stats for the WSDLC collections and want to provide a step-by-step walk through here. In addition, please visit this link for videos and additional information: https://wsdlc.org/flipped-classroom-usage-statistics/
To pull checkout activity reports, please log into Marketplace and go to the Insights tab, then click on Checkouts on the left. Click the Run New Report button towards the bottom and select your search criteria.
Be sure to select Checkouts by: Branch, select your branch(s), and choose the period type.
If you’d like, you can select all of your district’s locations to run the report for all of them, and click Update. With this criteria, your data will populate as follows:
Clicking on the hyperlinked checkouts or the branch name will show you what titles have been checked out by that location.
You can also run Sora Activity reports that will show the activity that the different branches have done in Sora. To do this, go back to the Insights tab and click Sora Activity:
Click the Filter Activity button to the right side of the screen and select your branch(s), set the period type and click Update:
Renewal Pricing Update
WSDLC renewal pricing is determined by enrollment numbers for the previous year provided from the WI Department of Instruction. WiLS anticipates receiving these numbers by March 9th. In addition, the WSDLC Board will be making a decision on the cost per student membership fee for 21-22 at their meeting on March 4th. Please estimate a 4% increase over this year or $1.56 per student.
Thank you and a special thank you to everyone who checked in with us at WEMTA!
Keep Warm,
Sara Gold and Sarah Birkholz
